- Successive delivery of food products to the Social Welfare Home No. 1 in Krona in the range and quantities resulting from the current needs of the Ordering Party, together with their unloading and bringing them to the Ordering Party's premises - a package of dairy products and dairy products. The quantities specified in the description of the subject of the order have been determined on the basis of needs and the actual value of orders awarded during the previous 6 months, taking into account orders from the last 12 months, and will be used to compare and evaluate offers. The quantities of the assortment given in Annex 1 and in the price calculations prepared for individual packages are quantities estimates and are used to determine the offer price and compare offers. Deliveries will be made on the basis of individual orders according to the needs of the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party, despite exercising due diligence due to the nature of its business, reserves the right to implement a variable quantity individual articles, indicating the minimum quantity of products ordered.
