Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of Ekoterm light heating fuel oil or oil with equivalent parameters to EKOTERM light heating oil according to the ZN/ITN-PKN S.A./NF-219/2000 company standard in the amount of approximately 29 thousand liters per year to the boiler room of the National Anthem Museum in Bdomin within the period of 31 months from signing the contract. total amount of up to 95,000 liters of fuel oil during the term of the contract. Tank capacity approx. 6 thousand. liters.2. The Ordering Party requires that the delivered fuel oil meets the quality conditions in accordance with the requirements of the Polish Standard PN-C-96024 Petroleum products. Fuel oils in the field of oil light fuel grade L-1 and the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Energy of December 1, 2016 on quality requirements regarding the sulfur content of oils and the types of installations and conditions in which heavy fuel oils will be used (Journal of Laws of December 14, 2016, item 2008), as well as meets the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of November 28, 2022 on marking and coloring of energy products (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2633). 3.
