Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of hygiene products and chemicals for the needs of the Social Welfare Home in Pabianice.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ).3. The number of individual items during the implementation period given in the OPZ Orders are estimates and are subject to change.4. If the manufacturer introduces a different grammage than that specified in the Contractor's offer, the Ordering Party allows changes to the grammage of the packaged products during the term of the contract. The condition for the change is the written acceptance of the Ordering Party.5. In the case specified above, prices will be recalculated proportionally.6. The subject of the order must be successively delivered and unloaded at the place indicated by the Ordering Party (without additional fees).7. Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. 8. The ordering party does not allow delivery goods on a pallet and does not allow unloading on the ramp.9. All costs of implementing the subject of the contract, in particular the costs of packaging, shipping, loading and insurance, are borne by the Contractor.10.
