III. Description of the subject of the contract:
1. The subject of the contract is: "Successive delivery of infusion fluids main CPV code-33600000-6; 33692500-2
2. The detachment description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 2 to SWZ.
3. The measures are divided into the following parts:
- Package No. 1
- Package No. 2
4. allows you to submit partial offers for one or any number of parts.
241 para. 1 points 7 and 8 of the PZP Act.
7. The landlord does not require the implementation of the order by Protected workplaces, social cooperatives or other contractors referred to in art. 94 para. 1 of the PZP Act.
8. The applicant does not provide for the requirements referred to in art. 95 and 96 of the PZP Act.
9. The commander does not provide for a local vision.
10. If the Employer in the description of the subject Orders have been indicated by trademarks, patents or origin, sources or a special process that characterizes the products or services provided by a specific contractor, it is allowed to offer equivalent solutions, provided they maintain the same minimum parameters technical, qualitative and functional described in the description of the subject of the contract
11. The applicant reserves the right to increase (up to 30%) of the amount of infusion fluid ordered in individual liquid items covered by the subject of the contract and their acquisition after cenac...
