Description:
The subject of this order are successive delivery of laboratory materials and accessories, broken down into part of the order, hereinafter referred to as packages from 1 to 4: Package 1 Delivery of accessories and laboratory materials, Package 2 Delivery of accessories and laboratory materials for owned by Employer of small laboratory equipment, package 3 Delivery of accessories and materials used to your Eppendorf devices, package 4 Delivery of accessories and laboratory materials, micropipet, pipette and tips.
Detailed description of the subject of the contract, specifying the type and the amount of materials, in the scope of individual parts of the order, hereinafter referred to as "packages from 1 to 4" was specified in assortment and price forms, which constitute Annexes 2.1 - 2.4 to SWZ, respectively.
The contractor is obliged to perform the subject of the contract in accordance with the DNSH principle ("to No significant Harm ", or" do not do serious damage "), entered into the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2020/852 of 18 June 2020 on the establishment of framework facilitating sustainable investments, so -called Taxonomy, at least to the extent specified in the description of the subject of the contract.
