- 1. The subject of the order is the supply of approximately 52,000 liters of light fuel oil intended for heating purposes. The quality requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of June 26, 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels apply to the fuels listed above. (Journal of Laws, item 1018). 2. The Ordering Party reserves that the given quantities are estimates and may change depending on the needs of the Ordering Party. 3. Deliveries will be made in cashless transactions. 4. Requirements regarding the subject of the order: 1) The contractor will carry out deliveries successively, by transport own and at its own expense and within the delivery date indicated in the offer form, but not longer than 6 calendar days, 2) it is expected that a single delivery may amount to up to 8,000 liters, unloading using a pump on a tank truck, 3) the Contractor will provide a quality certificate for each delivery oil or a copy thereof certified as true to the original, 4) The Contractor will attach to each delivery information on the wholesale price of fuel on the date of delivery along with the name of the manufacturer and the source of obtaining this information, 5) deliveries will be made on pod...
