Description:
The subject of the order is the successive delivery of liquefied propane gas (LPG) for heating needs to the Municipal Utilities Department Z.B. in Koczale. The estimated quantity of gas supplies is 300,000 l. The place of execution of the subject of the order is Zakład Gospodarki Komunlnej Z.B. in Koczala, ul. Spacerowa 3, 77-220 Koczaa. The description of the subject of the order is Annex No. 7 to the SWZ. The given quantities are estimated/forecast values, which may decrease or increase during the term of the contract, depending on the current needs of the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party may order a quantity of gas deliveries during the execution of the Agreement less than that indicated in the SWZ, but not less than the equivalent of 70% of the Remuneration. The Contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the SWZ and in accordance with the draft contract constituting Appendix No. 6 to SWZ.
