• Description:
• The subject of the order is the successive supply of liquid fuels (diesel oil, unleaded 95 petrol, liquefied petroleum gas) in a cashless system for the needs of the Ordering Party. The order is divided into 3 packages (parts). Implementation of the item of the contract will take place in the form of non-cash refueling of transport and equipment units and in order to fill the tanks of combustion equipment - refueling canisters, barrels, etc.), at designated gas stations of the Contractor or at the Contractor's place performing construction tasks (according to the package), in quantities and deadlines resulting from the current needs of the Ordering Party. Agreements regarding individual packages will be concluded after the completion of these proceedings for a period of 12 months. Being fuels the subject of the order must meet the applicable legal safety standards, Polish and European Union regulations, including all requirements of currently applicable technical and quality standards, i.e. the PN-EN 228 standard or equivalent, the PN-EN 590 standard or equivalent, taking into account the requirements for the above-mentioned fuels for the "summer", "transitional" and "winter" seasons, the PN-EN 589 standard or equivalent, and having appropriate quality, in accordance with the legal provisions in force at the time of execution of the contract - including in particular the Act of 25 August 2006 on the fuel quality monitoring and control system (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1209, as amended) and implementing acts, including the regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment...
