Description:
Successive delivery of liquid fuels for the Janw Commune for 2026 and 2027. The subject of the order is the non-rhythmic delivery and sale of liquid fuels in retail quantities for specialized cars, service cars, tractors, school buses and other mechanical devices by refueling at the Contractor's gas station. according to the following list: - diesel oil defined by the CPV code: 09134100-8 - ethanol 95 defined by the code CPV: 09132100-4 The expected approximate supply of liquid fuels will include approximately 60,000 liters of diesel oil and 5,000 liters of ethanol 95. Purchases will be made on an ad hoc basis cashless refueling of means of transport at the Contractor's gas station. The applicable price for 1 liter of fuel during the contract period (2 years) will be the gross price shown on the given refueling day at the pump, taking into account all current ingredients, less any discount on the gross price. None the discount does not mean that the offer is invalid. Then, the price of fuel without any discount will be taken into account for the evaluation of the offers. If fuel is purchased in quantities smaller or larger than the estimated quantities specified above, the Contractor shall not be entitled to any claims. As offered fuel...
