- Part 1 of the order - successive delivery of 95 lead-free gasoline for the needs of the Kamisko Commune. Deliveries will be made by successive refueling of a mobile tank with a capacity of 440 liters. The order will be processed each time on the basis of orders placed by an authorized Representative of the Ordering Party. partial (written order, e-mail), specifying the demand. The minimum size of a single order is 300 liters. The maximum demand is 6,000 liters, the minimum quantity of unleaded gasoline to be purchased, which the Ordering Party undertakes to purchase during the execution of the contract, is 2,600 liters. Subject of the order must meet the quality requirements specified in applicable regulations, including: in the Act of August 25, 2006 on the fuel quality monitoring and control system, the Act of August 25, 2006 on biocomponents and liquid biofuels and the implementing acts issued on the basis of the above-mentioned acts in particular in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of October 9, 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels.
