3.1 The subject of the order is the purchase of fuel: 1) diesel oil, 2) unleaded petrol Pb 95, for vehicles and equipment of Miejskie Zakład Gospodarki Komunlnej Sp. z o. o. in migrodzie3.2 Estimated quantities of liquid fuels: - diesel oil in the amount of 37,000 liters - unleaded petrol Pb 95 in the amount of 2,000 liters.3.3 The offered liquid fuels must meet the Polish Standard regarding fuel quality and the requirements resulting from the Regulation of the Minister of Economy and Labor of October 19, 2005. regarding quality requirements for liquid fuels (D.U. No. 216 of 2005, item 1825, as amended). 3.4. The ordering party reserves the right failure to use the quantities specified in point 3.2.3.5. The Contractor is not entitled to claim compensation against the Ordering Party for not using the quantities specified in point 3.2.3.6. The Ordering Party will drive its own vehicles to refuel.3.7 Fuel will be issued to persons authorized by the Ordering Party.
