Description:
1. Basic order1.1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of liquid fuels complying with the PN EN 228 standard for unleaded petrol 95 and PN EN 590 for diesel fuels and the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of June 26, 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels, for vehicles and equipment of the Kudowa-Zdrj Commune, specified in the list prepared by the Ordering Party in the form of an annex to the contract, on a direct and cashless basis, refueling into tanks, as well as into canisters, by persons authorized by the Ordering Party, at the Contractor's fuel distribution point located in the city of Kudowa-Zdrj, open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, together with all costs incurred by the Contractor for the proper implementation of the subject of the order, taking into account market conditions controlled by phenomena occurring on global markets for petroleum products, the state of the Polish economy and the state's fiscal policy, in particular the costs of VAT, excise duty, insurance and applied discounts.1.2.
