Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of meat, poultry, offal and cold meats for the needs of the Social Welfare Home in Zawiercie in 2026.2. The detailed type of assortment and the scope of the order are specified in the Assortment and Price Form, which constitutes Appendix No. 1.1 to the SWZ. Quantities of individual goods provided in this form are the amounts expected by the Ordering Party, which were adopted in order to compare offers and select the most advantageous offer. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the quantity of individual goods depending on current needs while maintaining unit prices and the amount of the future public procurement contract and the right to limit the value of the contract by a maximum of 30%.3. The goods covered by this order and the method of their delivery must be in accordance with the provisions of the Specification of Order Conditions, the Assortment and Price Form and applicable standards and approvals in this regard, as well as legal provisions applicable to the subject of the order.4.
