Description:
1. The subject of the contract is: successive delivery of the media to cell cultures and reagents related to cell culture, hereinafter referred to as "media" and "reagents" for the International Center for Research on Antnotal Vaccines of the University of Gdańsk.
2. Code of the classification of the common dictionary Orders (CPV): 33696500-0 (laboratory reagents).
3. The concept of "successive delivery" should be understood in the stages of partial orders (in various quantities) placed electronically (e -mail), by authorized employees of the International Center for Vaccine Research Anti -cancer UG.
4. Detailed description of the subject of the contract was specified in the description of the subject of the contract - Annex 6 to SWZ and Annex 1A to SWZ - subject and price form.
5. Meeting includes, among others:
1) successive delivery of media and reagents as part of partial orders, within the time limit specified in Chapter IV point 3 of SWZ,
2) bringing to the place indicated in point 8.
6. The scale of the Employer's needs during the duration The contracts were given in the subject and price form - Annex 1a SWZ. The contracting authority reserves that the quantities indicated in Annex 1a to SWZ They are forecasted quantities, i.e. estimated, non -binding for the contracting authority. The contracting authority reserves the right to change the number of media and reagents indicated in Annex 1a to SWZ, which will not constitute a change in the contract.
