Description:
1. The subject of this order is the successive delivery of medical devices for the National Oncology Institute of Maria Skłodowska - Curie - National Research Institute of the Branch in Gliwice, hereinafter referred to as the Employer.
2. The subject of the contract is divided into 3 separate tasks.
3. Description the subject of the contract and the terms of the contract are included in the attachments:
1) assortment and price specification -Annex 2.1 -2.3 to SWZ,
2) the planned provisions of the contract, which will be entered into the content of the contract - Annex 4 to SWZ.
3) description of the subject of the contract - Annex No. 6
4. The Ordering Party allows the possibility of submitting equivalent offers - the equivalence description was included in Chapter IV SWZ.
5. The Purchaser does not demand that the contractor be submitted to the bid bond and does not require the contractor to provide security for the performance of the contract.
6. The Ordering Party does not provide for auction electronic and complementary orders.
