Unlimited tender pursuant to art. 132 of the Act of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (vol. The proceedings are conducted according to the procedure in force for procedures for deliveries whose estimated value exceeds the amount specified in art. 4 lit. c) Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014 on public procurement, repealing Directive 2004/18/EC (Journal of Laws of EU L 94 of 28.03.2014, p. 65, as amended) by the Commission (EU) 2023/2495 of November 15, 2023 (Official Journal EU L 2023/2495 of 16.11.2023), i.e. above 221,000 euros, which is equivalent to the amount of 1 024 799 PLN.
