Successive delivery of products healing - Package No. 1
I. The subject of the contract 1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of medical products to the hospital pharmacy Ordering Party, Specialist Hospital of Lung Diseases "Rebirth" in Zakopane. Package No. 1 consists of 237 items. Detailed description of the subject orders It is in Annex 1 to SWZ Package No. 1 (price calculation of the offer). 2. The subject of the delivery must be approved for trading and use in the territory of the Republic of Poland in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular:
