Description:
The subject of the order is the successive delivery of medicinal products to the Hospital Pharmacy of the Health Care Team in Bolesławiec. A detailed description of the subject of the contract includes a price form - Annex 2.1-2.5 to SWZ. Each Contractor can submit only one offer for the entire order or dataTask/ Tasks in writing, under pain of nullity. If the Contractor submits more than one offer for the entire order or for a given task /tasks, all offers of this contractor will be rejected by the contracting authority. The order consists of 5 tasks. The contracting authority allowssubmitting partial offers. The Employer will consider the offer submitted to all positions in a given task as a partial offer. The contracting authority does not allow submission of offers for individual items. The Employer reserves that the offered subject of the contract must belong to a group of medicinal products in accordance with art.2 para. 32 and art. 40 of the Pharmaceutical Law of September 6, 2001 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1938). The offered products must have relevant certificates or approvals allowing their use in healthcare in accordance with Polish law and European Union law. Medicinal products(Drugs) must have an entry in the official list of medicinal products admitted to trading on the territory of the Republic of Poland. Delivered medicinal products must be allowed to market on the principles set out in art. 3 or Article 4a of the Pharmaceutical Law.
