Successive delivery of medicinal products for the needs of a non -commercial research experiment in as part of the project "Randomized examination comparing the effectiveness of endoscopic stomach plasticism with minimally invasive bariatric surgery or conservative treatment in patients with obesity and accompanying diseases."
1. The subject of this order is the successive delivery of medicinal products for the needs non -commercial research experiment "Randomized study comparing the effectiveness of endoscopic stomach plasticism with minimally invasive bariatric surgery or conservative treatment in patients with obesity and accompanying diseases" as part of the implementation of the project financed by the state budget funds by the medical research agency based on contract 2023/ABM/01/00093-00. 2. The detachment description of the subject of the contract includes Annex 2 to SWZ and the draft contract, constituting Annex 6 to SWZ. 3. Until the contractor's duties will be delivered to one research center located in Poland, in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract (Annex 2 to SWZ), under the conditions set out in the draft contract constituting Annex 6 to SWZ.
