Description:
The subject of the order is the successive delivery of medicines and medical materials for the Institute of Veterinary Medicine of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences.

A detailed description of the order specifying the type and estimated quantities of services provided is attached No. 1 to the contract template constituting Annex No. 5 to this SWZ - Description of the subject of the order along with the calculation of the offer price.
Medications and medical materials required by the Ordering Party must be: well tolerated by animals, have the fewest possible side effects, and be available in one form. Moreover, the indicated products are recommended by veterinarians. Proper names and manufacturers are given for their sake transparency of the record and are of an illustrative nature. The Ordering Party allows the use of "equivalent" solutions. An "equivalent" solution will be considered to be a solution whose offered parameters are not worse (not lower) than the parameters of the solution described in the SWZ (minimum), and their application will guarantee the achievement of final results in accordance with the conditions set out in the SWZ conditions and the announcement. By equivalent Ordering Party, in particular, a drug that contains exactly the same active substances and in the same amount per one unit of measurement.
