Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of medicines and medical materials to the Independent Public Health Care Center in Mława.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ - Assortment and price forms.
3. The subject of the order was divided 60 parts/packages. The contractor may submit an offer for one or more parts of the contract. The ordering party does not limit the number of parts of the contract that may be awarded to one contractor. The Ordering Party reserves the need for the Contractor to submit offers for the entire product range in a given part/package.
4. Conduct for the award of this contract has been qualified for deliveries.
