• Description:
• The subject of the order is the successive delivery of medicines, equipment, disinfectants and human pharmacy for the needs of the Shelter on Paluchu. Jan Lityński in 2026, in accordance with the description of the subject of the order. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of using it from the option right in accordance with Art. 441 of the Public Procurement Law. The subject of the order was divided into 5 parts (5 Tasks): Task 1: veterinary preparations Task 2: dressing materials, equipment Task 3: disinfectants and antiseptics Task 4: pharmacy Task 5: supplements A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the order (OPZ)/Price form. OPZ covers the objective and quantitative scope of the basic order and option orders in accordance with Art. 441 Public Procurement Law The conditions for the execution of the order are specified in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ - Contract template.
