1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of medicines, foodstuffs for special medical purposes and the lease of sevoflurane and desflurane vaporizers in the range, estimated quantity and requirements specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
2.The scope of supplies was specified in Part 136packages (also called Packages).
3.The scope of the order includes sale, loading, transport and delivery
in the place indicated by the Ordering Party of individual elements of the subject of the order, covered by a given Part.
4.Detailed description of the subject of the order along with quantities for eachspecific parts are included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
