3. Description of the subject of the contract.
1) The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of modules to transfer data from water meters along with data transmission service as well as software (system), mobile application and implementation.
2) warranty date: 120 months for each module from the moment of its delivery and receipt by the Ordering Party, 130 months to the system implemented by the Contractor from the moment of its delivery and receipt by the Ordering Party
3) The subject of the contract will be completed in accordance with:
a) a detailed description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 5 to SWZ,
b) model of the contract constituting Annex 2 to SWZ,
c) in accordance with the conditions contained in this SWZ.
