Description:
The subject of the order is the successive delivery of municipal waste containers mixed and segregated with capacities of 120, 240, 360 and 1100 liters to Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunalnej Sp. z o.o. in Katowice. The contracting authority reserves the right to increase the order under the law options up to 100% of the basic range. In the event of failure to use the right of the Contractor's option, no claims are entitled to the Employer. The subject of the order was divided into three parts:

Failure to meet the above The minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the offer as incompatible with the terms of the contract pursuant to art. 226 para. 1 point 5 of the Public Procurement Law.
