Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the successive supply of natural gas with distribution (natural gas High -meter group E) for the needs of the Office for Foreigners.
2. The resolution of natural gas supplies will take place not earlier than after the expiry or effective termination gas fuel with the current seller. The condition for commencement of deliveries is a positively reported contract to the distribution system operator (hereinafter referred to as "OSD"), in accordance with the deadlines resulting from the movement instructions and operation of the distribution network.
3. The gas will be carried out on the basis of a contract, whose template is Annex 2 to SWZ (PPU) and agreements for the provision of gas distribution services (comprehensive agreement) and will be performed on the terms specified by the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law, the Act of 23 April 1964 Civil Code and in the executive files to the above set.
4. The set list of gas collection points, tariff groups, contractual powers and the planned amount of gas fuel consumption are specified in Annex 1 to SWZ, which is also a price form.
5. The values indicated in the list referred to in para. 4, were accepted for calculation the estimated value of the order and is only approximate, which does not reflect the real or declared use of gas fuel during the contract and does not constitute an obligation to buy natural gas in the given amount.
