Description:
1. Starting the supply of natural gas, which is mentioned in para. 1 will be not earlier than the effective solution to the currently subjecting comprehensive UMWs onsales of gas fuel with the current sellers, i.e. Unimot Energia and Gaz Sp. z o.o., Aleje Jerozolimskie 142 B, 02-305 Warsaw. 3. Gas delivery is based on the UMW containing the provisions of the Sales Agreement and the Agreement on the Corporation of Gas Distribution Section (Comprehensive Agreement) and will be performedUnder the conditions specified by the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law, the Act of 23 April 1964 Civil Code and executive acts to the abovementioned set 4. Gas supplies take place to gas consumption points (called PPG), Sucy to the time of internal networks, and pretty precipitatorsWitokrzyskie Voivodship Office in Kielce from the gas operator's gas network.
