Description: 1) The subject of the order is the successive supply of office furniture specified in Annex 2 to SWZ, hereinafter referred to as "Furniture". The offered furniture must be brand new and unused, derived from ongoing production (production year - no earlier than 2020), have relevant certificates and approvals allowing furniture for sale and use in the Republic of Poland. The Contractor is obliged to provide a free warranty service of furniture.
2) The scope of the contract includes: Purchase of furniture along with their delivery to the Ordering Party, unloading, bringing to a place indicated by the Employer, as well as assembly. By assembly, you should understand the installation of complete and ready-to-use furniture taking into account their adjustments to the rooms in which they will use and for elements in these rooms.
