Description:
1) The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of office furniture, listed in the price form, constituting Annex 1 to the contract template together with their application to the buildings of the Poznań City Hall and the assembly in the rooms indicated by the contracting authority.
2) The contracting authority requires granting 60 months warranty for delivered office furniture.
3) the subject of the contract, will be implemented by the Contractor on the basis of unit orders, placed by the Ordering Party within 24 months from the date of the contract. The Contractor will be obliged to fulfill each unit order within 60 calendar days from the date of the contracting authority sent the order document.
4) The minimum value of the unit order will be PLN 20,000.00.
5) a detailed description of the conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract was specified in the contract template, constituting Annex 10 to SWZ together with attachments.
