Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of office supplies, a detailed list of which is included in the annex to the SWZ, which is also a price calculation. 2. Office supplies will be delivered in batches according to the Ordering Party's needs based on orders placed electronically or by telephone. 3. Contractor is obliged to deliver the ordered office supplies using its own transport within 3 business days of placing the order to the Ordering Party's registered office, between: 8.00 16.00 Monday, 7.00 15.00 Tuesday Friday.4. The Contractor will provide a warranty for the delivered articles for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery the registered office of the Ordering Party.5. If a product of inadequate quality is delivered, the Contractor is obliged to replace it with a product of appropriate quality within 3 business days from the date of receipt of the complaint from the Ordering Party. 6. Amounts of materials provided by the Ordering Party in the appendix to the SWZ office spaces are estimated quantities used to calculate the offer price and compare the offers that the Ordering Party intends to use during the duration of the contract.
