Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of office supplies for the needs of state administration units specified in Annex 1a to SWZ.
2. A detailed list and description of the requirements for office supplies is specified in Annex 2 to SWZ, which is a formassortment and price. The number of office supplies contained in the assortment and price form constitute the sum of the number of office supplies for individual state administration units covered by the order.
3. A detailed method of implementation of the subject of the contract was specified in Annex 3to SWZ constituting the proposed provisions of the contract.
4. The articles offered by the Contractor must be allowed to trading in the European Union and meet the requirements specified in the provisions and standards in force during the performance of the contract, in particular in:
-staw of 25February 2011 with chemical substances and their mixtures; -IDDERING THE MINISTER OF FAMILY, LABOR AND SOCIAL POLICY OF 12 June 2018 on the highest allowed concentrations and intensity of factors that are harmful to health in the work environment;National of October 20, 2015 on the classification and qualification of documentation, transferring archival materials to state archives and lack of non -archival documentation - applies to articles intended for archiving.
