Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of pacemakers and cardioverter-defibrillators.
2. CPV code 33182200-1 Cardiac stimulation devices.
3. The selected contractor will be obliged to:
1) Conduct free training for the ordering staff in the use of the offered equipmentmedical.
2) Provide a passport and educational materials for the patient free of charge for each pacemaker/cardioverter.
3) Provide pacemaker/cardioverter programmers free of charge for the duration of the contract.
4) Deliver the material free of charge during the term of the contract according to the needs of the ordering party.consumables for programmers in the form of printing paper.
5) Free servicing and updating of programmers for pacemakers/cardioverters and carry out free inspections in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, documented in the technical passport of the devices.
6) In the event ofIf the customer requires such a need, provide 5 connector systems to repair damaged electrodes free of charge during the term of the contract.
