Subject of the order: - successive delivery of pork, beef, cold cuts and poultry for the Social Welfare Center in Sulechow in 2026, divided into 2 tasks: 1.1. pork, beef and cold meats task 12. A detailed description of the subject of the order is: price form - Appendix No. 1a to SWZ, price forms for tasks are located in individual tabs of the spreadsheet.3. The contractor will issue invoices for the delivered goods after each delivery.4. The offered food products must be of good quality and meet the specified quality parameters for a given assortment by the Polish National Standards, meets sanitary and epidemiological requirements and has an expiry date appropriate for a given assortment, ensuring its safe consumption. The Ordering Party reserves the right to request written acceptance confirmation for the offered product range a given product for circulation and consumption, issued by the body authorized to control the quality of food products.5.
