Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of pork and poultry meat and cold cuts to the warehouse of the Forest School Complex in Rogozic. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in Appendix No. 3 to SWZ.2. Quality requirements relating to the main elements constituting the subject of the order. For duties The Contractor is obliged to: 1) deliver food products to the Ordering Party's headquarters (warehouse in the dormitory building located in the Forest School Complex in Rogozic at: Rogoziniec 115/2, 66-210 Zbszynek) using its own transport, at its own expense, within the deadlines, assortment and quantities in accordance with the current the Ordering Party's needs, 2) delivery of food products in original, intact unit packaging, marked in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development of December 23, 2014 on the labeling of individual types of foodstuffs (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 29 from Mon. amended) and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of July 20, 2009 on detailed requirements regarding the labeling of packaged goods (uniform text - Journal of Laws of 2021, item 481), and meets all requirements okrelo...
