Description:
1. Code of classification of the common order dictionary (CPV): 30213100-6 (portable computers), 30237200-1 (computer accessories)
2. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of portable computers along with accessories, hereinafter referred to as "equipment", for organizational units of the University of Gdańsk.
3. Detailed Description of the subject of the contract was specified in Annex 6 to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract.
4. The concept of "successive delivery" should be understood in the stages of partial orders placed electronically, through the internal order system of the University of Gdańsk, by individual Organizational units of the University of Gdańsk.
5. The equipment of equipment: dedicated office service points of organizational units of the University of Gdańsk, according to Annex 8 to SWZ.
6. The equipment listed in Annex 1 to SWZ is to be covered by the warranty:
1) portable computers, models A: manufacturer's warranty for a period of 24 months,
2) portable computers, B1 models to B7: manufacturer's warranty for a period of 36 months,
3) Computer accessories:
a) C1, C2 memory module: manufacturer's or contractor warranty for a period of 36 months,
b) C3 docking station, D1 and D2 bags: manufacturer's warranty or the contractor for a period of 24 months.
7. The guarantees regarding the warranty are included in § 7 of the draft contract - Annex 5 to SWZ.
