Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of promotional materials with the PG logo for organizational units of the Gdańsk University of Technology, in accordance with the offer of
Contractor, a material and price form and with projects and visualizations of the Employer.
2. The subject of the order was divided into fiveParts:
a) Part 1 - Successive delivery of gadgets;
b) Part 2 - Successive delivery of textiles;
c) Part 3 - Successive delivery of sailing gadgets;
d) Part 4 - Successive delivery of gadgets to the Baltic Festival of Science;
e) Part 5 - Successive delivery of blouses with the logo of PG.
3. DetailsDescription of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to SWZ.
4. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the principles and conditions described in the contract template constituting Annex 7A-7E to SWZ.
5. The contracting authority does not require personal performance by the Contractor with key tasks.
6. The contractor mayentrust the performance of part of the subcontractor's order.
7. The contracting authority requires the contractor to indicate in the offer, part of the contract, which he intends to entrust to subcontractors, and to provide the names of
possible subcontractors, if they are already known.
8. The contracting authority does not provide for usefrom the option.
9. The quantities indicated in the material and price form are estimated and the contracting authority is not obliged to implement them in full, and the contractor is not entitled to any financial claims or compensation.
