Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of propane gas for heating purposes, in quantities resulting from the current needs of the Ordering Party within a period of 24 months from the date of conclusion of the contract or until the maximum scope of the order is exhausted - whichever comes first. The gas will be delivered to the registered office of the Ordering Party, ul. Topolowa 1, 26-505 Orosko. The Ordering Party has 4 above-ground tanks, each with a capacity of 6,700 liters. The basic order includes an order for 242,322 liters of gas. The supplied gas should have technical parameters in accordance with the PN-C-96008:1998 standard and meet the quality requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of June 26, 2023 on quality requirements for liquefied gas (LPG) (Journal of Laws 2023.1293). The Ordering Party informs that it is exempt from excise duty on supplied gas and has appropriate entries in this respect in the Central Register of Entities Excise duty
