- 1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of propane liquid gas to the Primary School in Gbice2. Organizational requirements: Delivery of the subject of the order will take place successively in the form of individual deliveries.3. Delivery of the subject of the order will take place on the working days and hours of the Ordering Party, i.e. from Monday to Friday from 7.00 15.004. Place of delivery: Primary School in Gbice, Marcinkowo 72, 88-330 Gbice5. The Ordering Party declares that the propane gas provided by the supplier will be used only for heating purposes.6. The delivery will include a total of approximately 56,000 liters of propane liquid gas, which meets the quality requirements of Polish Standards PN-82/C-960007. The amounts given above are estimates. The Ordering Party reserves the right not to use the entire scope of the order due to actual consumption and the possibility of making quantitative changes according to the actual needs of the Ordering Party. The Contractor is not entitled to any remuneration or any civil law claim for the reduced amount of gas supplied.
