Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of protective gloves in accordance with the description of the item contained in Annex No. 2 to SWZ.1.1. The estimated quantities of the subject of the order are included in Annex No. 3 to SWZ.2. The contractor will deliver the subject of the order on business days (i.e. from Monday to Friday) from 7.00 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. according to the current needs specified by the Ordering Party in the order to the MPGK Warehouse located at ul. Bieawin 5, 22-100 Chem.3. The delivery time from the date of placing the order should not exceed 5 days business days. 4. Delivery should be made carefully, at the expense and risk of the Contractor, using a vehicle adapted for unloading. 5. Detailed implementation conditions are specified in Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ Draft provisions of the contract.6. The ordering party guarantees 70% implementation contract value.7. The offer should include the valuation of all accompanying services, indirectly related to the subject of the proceedings, e.g. transport to the place of delivery, which should be included in the subject of the order.8. Quantity of item given in the calculation orders are estimated quantities and therefore the Ordering Party reserves the right to change the quantity in the order...
