1. The subject of this order is successive delivery of reagents and consumable materials Together with the lease of microbiological diagnostics analyzers for the National Oncology Institute of Maria Skłodowska - Curie - National Research Institute, Branch in Gliwice
2. Description of the subject of the contract and the terms of the contract are included in the attachments:
2.1. Price promise -Annex 2.1.1-2.6.1 to SWZ
2.2. Required parameters-Annex 2.1.2-2.6.2 to SWZ
