1 exploitation for the needs of the Central Laboratory of the Independent Public Health Care Team 27-300 Lipsko ul. J. Niadeckiego 2, called next ordering. A detailed description of the subject of the fall, as well as the terms of delivery, service and personnel instruction are specified in Zwiki: No. 2 Assortment and Centive Form, No. 3 Listor of border parameters, No. 4 and 5 DISCOUNTS UMW. 2. Subject of the polish reagents and offered analyzers (apparatus) must be admitted to trading and use in accordance with the acts of April 7, 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws 2022 item 974 of the north amended). 3. Offers offered (analyzers) must complete and after installation ready to take up work, without any additional purchases. 4. Contractor after transferring to terms and the perception of the Correction, confirmed by the delivery and acceptance protocol, is obliged to conduct the instructions for the submission of the staff for the subtitle in the scope medical.
