Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of road aggregates of various fractions, carried out by the Contractor's transport on the basis of partial orders. Types of aggregates: - granite aggregate with a fraction of 0 mm to 31.5 mm 4000 tons; - granite aggregate with a fraction of 31.5 mm to 63 mm 200 tons; - aggregate granite aggregate from 4 mm to 31.5 mm fraction 2000 tons; - granite aggregate from 8 mm to 16 mm fraction 50 tons; - granite aggregate from 16 mm to 22 mm fraction 50 tons; - basalt grit from 18 mm to 22 mm fraction 100 tons. The above-mentioned quantities of materials are estimated quantities. The customer reserves the right to purchase smaller amount of aggregates indicated above in the event of reasons beyond the control of the Ordering Party (i.e. depending on the quantity and scope of work performed robt).
