Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of screen monitors, hereinafter referred to as "equipment", for the University of Gdańsk with the right of options.
2. The order of the contract includes a successive delivery of screen monitors in the quantity:
1) for the basic order: 190 screen monitors,
2) for the order Options covered by the law: maximum 160 screen monitors.
3. The applicant has the option of exercising the right of options, consisting in increasing the amount of equipment ordered as part of the basic order, on the principles and in the mode described below:
1) The contracting authority provides for the possibility of commissioning the Contractor partial orders under the right of the options within the date of the contract by submitting a written declaration of intent
on launching the option containing the determination of the amount and type of equipment indicated by the Contractor in the offer form - Annex 1 to the contract,
2) the value of the equipment The options ordered under the law will be in line with the unit prices indicated by the Contractor in the offer form - Annex 1 to the contract,
3) exercising the right of the option does not constitute a change of the contract, the Contractor is not entitled to any claims in relation to the Employer, if the Employer will not exercise the right of the option - decision
on the implementation of the order covered by the right options is the unilateral entitlement of the Ordering Party,
4) the provisions of the draft contract (Annex 5 to SWZ) regarding the basic contract shall apply to the order covered by the law, if not reserved When ...
