Description:
The subject of the order is the successive delivery of security paper (hereinafter referred to as subprints) intended for printing diplomas and certificates for the Warsaw School of Economics in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Order constituting Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as OPZ). The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of using the option right referred to in Art. 441 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, which consists in extending the deadline for the implementation of the Agreement in the scope of successive deliveries of subprints by further periods not exceeding a total of 24 months (2 times 12 months each) together with with an increase in the value of the order each time up to a maximum of 100% of the maximum value of the basic order (2 times 100% for each of the 12-month options), on the terms specified in the contract template constituting Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ
