Description:
1. The subject of the contract is: successive delivery of small laboratory equipment for units of the University of Life Sciences in Wrocław.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in the document: "Assortment and price sheet", constituting Annex 8 to SWZ.
3. Detailed scope Obligations to perform the subject of the contract can be found in the document entitled: "Designed provisions of the contract", constituting Annex 7 to SWZ.
4. Delivery of the subject of the contract will be successfully carried out according to the current needs of the Ordering Party in parts, based on partial orders determining the size and material scope of the ordered subject of the contract.
5. The subject of the contract covers the basic scope - basic laboratory equipment, included in the assortment positions in Annex 8 to SWZ and the optional scope - non -provided products, included in Annex 8 to SWZ in a position called "optional products" to which the Employer allocates a specific gross amount (i.e. PLN 600,000) given
Optional products have not been specified due to the special needs of the Ordering Party, which They are associated with the specifics of the work, in particular scientific and research, and which may cause the need to order other laboratory equipment, not included in the basic scope of the order.
