Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of specialized reagents for scientific research at the Institute of Animal Reproduction and Food Research of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Olsztyn. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in the offer form - Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. The ordering party did not allow it in this procedure for submitting partial offers due to the uniform subject matter of the contract. Each Contractor may submit one offer.
2. The Ordering Party pursuant to Art. 441 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law established an option. The contractor will also include an option in the offer price. The Ordering Party during the period of contract implementation may use the option, but undertakes to make a basic order of 50% of the value of specialized reagents indicated in the Contractor's offer. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the quantity of the subject of the order specified in the type in the offer form, as well as the restrictions subject of the contract. The option right will be exercised under the conditions specified in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. The condition for exercising the option right will be the submission by the Ordering Party of a declaration of will to exercise the option right.
