Description:
1. The subject of the contract is successive delivery, along with the transport of diesel oil to the reservoirs of the Municipal Zakład Komunikacji in Malbork Sp. z o.o. in an amount of
up to 1,000,000 liters (1,000 m3) during the contract.
2. Anti -effective are to have physicochemical properties in accordance withQualitative requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 26 June 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels and requirements specified in the applicable PN-EN 590: 2022-08 or equivalent standard
3. The fuel of fuel is used for own needs and for sale.The subject of the activity covered by the license in question is an economic activity in the field of trading in liquid fuels marked with the following CN codes: diesel oils 2710 19 43, 2710 20 11 using a gas station located in Malbork at ul. Gen de Gaulle 71.
