1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of used laboratory materials in 2 packages for organizational units of the Medical University of Gdańsk.
2. The order is submitted to the basic order and the order covered by the option J.N.
2.1 Basic order:
Package 1 - 2 - Successive delivery of useful laboratory materials for Gdańsk organizational units Medical University in accordance with Annex 3 to SWZ.
2.2 Order covered by the option:
Package 1 - 2 - increasing the order to 20% of the value of the basic order in the case of using the entire basic order for successive delivery of useable laboratory materials for single Gdańsk Medical University.
3. Due to the increased need for the Ordering Party, the contracting authority can exercise the right of options.
Of this title The contractor will not make any claims against the contracting authority.
