  2. The order is submitted by the basic order and the order covered by the option as above:2.1 Basic order:
  Successive delivery of usable laboratory materials for organizational units of the Medical University of Gdańsk in accordance with Annex 3 to SWZ
  2.2 iasthe use of the entire basic order for the successive delivery of useable laboratory materials for units of the Gdańsk Medical University.
  3.z attention to the increased need for the Ordering Party caused by the implementation of future projects or tests, the contracting authority may exercise the right of options.
  4. The applicant reserves the right not to fulfill the order from the right options in part or in full. In this respect, the Contractor will not make any claims against the Employer.
  5. The number of individual products was given estimated for a period of 12 months from the date of conclusion of the contract.The contracting authority reserves the right to not realize 50% of the value of the basic order, without having to change the terms of the contract.
  6. After completing the basic order, the contracting authority reserves the right to increase the order to a maximum of 20% of the gross valuecontracts.
