1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of various drugs:
Package I - antibiotics and chemotherapeutics
Package II - Drugs
Package III - Infusion fluids
Package IV - Various preparations
Package V - X -ray
Package VI - Nutrition
Package VII - recipe substances
Package VIII - vaccines
Package IX - DENTISTRY
Package X - Glucometric stripes
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is determined by Annexes 9 and 10 to SWZ.
In the case of delivery of medicinal products, to whose administration is necessary to use a specific equipment/medical device, the contracting authority requires the contractor to guarantee, under the value of the contract, the necessary equipment for the entire duration of the contract.
In the case of Package X, the Ordering Party requires lending, under the values of offered stripes, 100 pieces compatible with them with them for the contracting authority, for the entire duration of the contract.
